Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Ghana)
We offer the following delivery options within Ghana:
- In and Around Accra — Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days.
- Outside Accra — Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days.
- Pick-Up — You may pick up your order from our location in Akosombo, Ghana. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries internationally, including the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and several European and Asian countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
General Notes
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
- Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you as the customer.
